The 27th Letter

For this assignment, we were challenged to design an original letterform—the hypothetical 27th letter of the alphabet. Using principles of typography, we explored how form, balance, and style affect legibility and cohesion within an existing type system. The final letter had to feel both new and naturally at home within the alphabet.
